11. Donation Refund Policy
ATMA Foundation processes donations with utmost care. If a donor believes a donation was made in error or wishes to request a refund, a written request must be submitted within 2 days of the transaction.
Refund requests should be sent to info@atmafoundation.org and must include proof of payment.
- Proof of payment must accompany the refund request.
- If a donation receipt has been issued, the original receipt may be required before processing.
- Refunds are subject to applicable statutory regulations and payment gateway procedures.
- Processing charges and other transaction-related expenses may be deducted where applicable.
- Refunds for offline payments will be made through NEFT or other approved banking channels.
- Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing.
