Role Overview

The Media Associate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual and digital content to support ATMA Foundation's programmes, events, and outreach activities. The role involves videography, photography, poster design, documentation, and multimedia content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of events, field activities, and programmes.
• Edit videos and photos for social media, reports, and promotional use.
• Design posters, brochures, and digital creatives as per organisational needs.
• Maintain and organise media archives (photos, videos, documents).
• Support content creation for social media and website.
• Assist in preparing reports, success stories, and documentation materials.
• Collaborate with programme teams to understand communication requirements..

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in videography and photography (shooting + editing).
• Ability to create posters and digital designs (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Good documentation and content-writing skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content formats..

Position:	Computer Faculty

Role

Teach basic as well as advanced (Python, C++, and Web Design) courses to learners from underserved communities in and around Thrissur, through ATMA Foundation's Digital and Financial Empowerment Programme, helping bridge the digital divide.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions in advanced Python, C++, and Web Design to students from underserved communities
• Design engaging, learner-friendly lesson plans suited to varied learning levels
• Mentor and guide students through hands-on coding practice and projects
• Track learner progress and provide individual support where needed
• Contribute to ATMA Foundation's broader digital empowerment outreach and community programmes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ PG degree or in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of advanced Python, C++, and Web Design
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Passion for coding, mentoring, and making technology accessible
• Ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.
