FOUNDER

Mr C K Suresh, a Professional Trainer, Life Guide and Relationship Coach, has been involved in social transformation initiatives for over 40 years. He has taken leadership roles in various organisations, designing and implementing psycho-social interventions. A post graduate in Psychology, Management & Journalism, he trains educators and parents in mentoring adolescents.
Mr Suresh is also a sought- after faculty for student empowerment workshops of various schools, colleges & universities in Kerala. Over 85000 youngsters have been trained or mentored by him. A thought leader and influencer, his short talks on effective living have been regularly telecast in Asianet & Amrita TV.

Committed to creative social work since 1977, he has been an active presence in many social & cultural organizations. Inspired and guided by Pujya Swami Chinmayanandaji, he was deeply involved with the youth movement of Chinmaya Mission – All India Chinmaya Yuva Kendra (Chyk) – for over 3 decades.

As a professional trainer, Mr Suresh believes in the ideology of ‘Individual Transformation for Social Change’. He has completed about 5000 training sessions in India and abroad.
A Post Graduate in Psychology with deep knowledge of Indian Wisdom & Values, he has been able to develop a unique style of ‘Harmony Counselling’. This approach empowers the individual to solve one’s own problems by tuning his relationships with oneself & others.

From his rich experience in management, psychology, spirituality & social work, he has developed the practical philosophy of ‘Living in Harmony’. It is basically an approach to life. Life is a life-long celebration, and every individual can celebrate life by focusing on ‘harmony within self and with others’. This concept has been the pillar of ATMA Foundation, and still guides all the activities and projects of ATMA.
